The conservation project for the mosaic pavements at the basilica of Aghios Lot in Jordan was conducted in 2011 and continues during 2012 with funding coming from the European Centre of Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Monuments. The work focused on conservation of the Diakonikon mosaic lifted in 900 fragments which is methodically being re-assembled for exhibition in the new Museum at the Lowest Place on Earth.
